No Returns or Exchanges

At The Sweetest Lie, we endeavor to ensure your complete satisfaction with our exquisite fragrances. Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for stringent health and safety protocols, all sales are considered final, except where superseded by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damages and issues
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your "sweetest lie." Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if we've sent the wrong scent. We're committed to making it perfect for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
