By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you are covered against loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

What's covered

• Parcels confirmed lost by Australia Post
• Parcels that arrive visibly damaged
• Parcels confirmed stolen from your delivery address

How to make a claim

Email us at hey@thesweetestlie.com.au within 14 days of your expected delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage where applicable. We will assess your claim and, if approved, reship your order at no extra cost within 2 business days.

What's not covered

• Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout
• Parcels refused by the recipient
• Delays in transit (loss or damage only, not late delivery)
• Orders without Shipping Protection added at checkout

General

Shipping Protection is a one-time, non-refundable add-on per order. It cannot be added after your order has been placed. The Sweetest Lie reserves the right to assess each claim individually and may request additional information before approving a reship.
